Closest I got is with TWRP dump of 820n recovery but I still got red triangle when the update of 5.0 started. So I tried evey recovery (TWRP or Stock ), and I didnt succeded.

Wait for a few minutes, If you see a green button on your flash tool it means the upgrading process has been completed. So, i wanted to root my D820n single sim, and I used HTC All-in-One tool, and accidently flashed recovery from M8 ( I think ).
